Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling or receiving training services from LET'S GO!! Train Dogs, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

LET'S GO!! Train Dogs provides in-home positive reinforcement dog training services in the Kingwood, TX area. All training methods are positive reinforcement based. We do not use choke chains, prong collars, or electric shock collars under any circumstances.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Sessions are scheduled by appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may result in a session fee. Repeated no-shows may result in discontinuation of services.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change with advance notice.

Limitation of Liability

LET'S GO!! Train Dogs is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the behavior of your dog before, during, or after training sessions. You are responsible for your dog's behavior and actions at all times. All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations.

Results

Training results vary depending on the dog, owner consistency, and other factors. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes but commit to applying our best professional judgment and techniques in every session.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
